Crypto Exchange Platform — UX/UI Design, Design System & Brand Evolution
Eazychange
Overview
Eazychange is a fast and secure cryptocurrency exchange platform that enables anonymous crypto swaps in just a few clicks — without registration
Originally, the product was designed from scratch under the name Bitblend as a simple and transparent alternative to overloaded trading platforms. Later, it evolved into Eazychange to improve SEO visibility and provide a consistent user experience across all devices
The design process focused on building trust through clarity. An intuitive step-by-step exchange flow and a scalable design system became the foundation for the product’s long-term growth

Problem statement
The crypto exchange market is saturated with complex and overloaded platforms, where users often lack confidence and transparency. Fees, exchange rates, and transaction times are frequently hidden, which reduces trust and creates confusion
The goal of the project was to design a fast, transparent, and intuitive platform that builds trust and remains easy to use even for people with little or no experience in cryptocurrency
Research & Analysis
More than 20 popular platforms were analyzed — including Binance, BestChange, SimpleSwap, Changelly, and others — to identify their strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities to differentiate the product
Researched competitors (10+)

Based on the research, three core principles for Eazychange were defined: simplicity, transparency, and trust. These principles became the foundation for all UX and visual design decisions throughout the project
Research & Analysis
By identifying key user types and their interaction scenarios, we focused on real user needs and designed an intuitive exchange logic that works equally well for both beginners and experienced traders

Information Architecture
After analyzing user scenarios, an information architecture was created to help structure the content, define screen hierarchy, and prioritize interactions across different devices. This approach simplified the user journey and ensured clear, logical navigation within the exchange
Site map

Paper prototypes
At this stage, low-fidelity, mobile-first prototypes were created to test key exchange scenarios and validate the interface logic without detailed visual design. The focus was on mobile UX, as most users complete exchanges from their smartphones
Iteration 1.0

Paper prototypes became the foundation of the entire application structure and helped define the exchange logic early on, based on real usage scenarios
Logo design
A logo was designed for Bitblend, a project that needed to convey the technological nature and reliability of cryptocurrency exchanges
Typeface selection

Icon development

Final logo

Renaming & Rebranding
After analyzing search results and conducting user testing, a decision was made to rebrand the product. This led to the launch of Eazychange — a new name that emphasizes simplicity, speed, and trust. The existing visual system was adapted to the new naming while preserving recognizable elements and overall visual balance
New logo

Final screens
After validating the user scenarios, the project moved into the visual design phase — creating clean, responsive interfaces focused on clarity, speed, and ease of use
