Overview
Autotor.pl is a Polish platform for buying and selling cars
A new paid features section was designed to help users promote their listings and increase visibility
The work started with competitor analysis to identify effective UX patterns and the most in-demand paid options. Together with the team, we refined the business logic behind promotion features and designed payment flows with integrated payment services
The design was initially created for desktop and later adapted for mobile devices and dark mode to ensure visual consistency across platforms

Task description
The goal was to design a clear and transparent monetization section without disrupting the existing site structure. Users needed to easily compare paid packages, understand their benefits, and confidently complete the payment process
Special attention was given to status logic, ease of selection, and visual consistency with the platform’s overall style
Competitive analysis
Before moving into design, promotion scenarios were tested across leading platforms — Auto.ru, Av.by, Kufar, Otomoto, and Auto.drom. This analysis helped identify UX strengths and weaknesses, including ease of package selection, pricing transparency, and clarity of perceived value

In addition to competitor analysis, a survey was conducted among the target audience to understand which promotion features users actually consider useful
UX flow design
To align business logic with UX scenarios, a paid features flow was designed. The diagram helped structure a clear and consistent user journey, covering all key interface states from promotion selection to payment completion

Based on the UX flow, interfaces were designed for all listing promotion scenarios — from package and payment method selection to transaction history. Each screen was adapted to Autotor.pl’s existing visual style and implemented in both light and dark themes to ensure visual consistency across the platform

The interface was built with adaptability in mind: all screens were designed to work consistently across desktop and mobile devices, supporting both light and dark themes
Working on this project strengthened my understanding of paid user flows, business logic, and interface design principles, where clarity, transparency, and user confidence play a critical role
